Each day includes orienting truths, fascia resets, supportive yoga, earth meditation, a simple somatic ritual, nourishing food, and a shamanic reconnection rite. The program emphasizes safety, repetition, and self-compassion, allowing women to settle, rebuild trust, and experience embodied change without emotional excavation or journaling.
